Could we postpone the Zuul shutdown until this is resolved or until it
breaks completely?
The reasoning for the disabling the Zuul during this time is mostly to
save up on build resources (3 scratch builds is not ideal). What do you
think about a more limited list of packages that would be kept running zuul?
