An update to gedit 49 will, as usual, include soname bumps for
gedit-specific libraries libgedit, libgedit-gtksourceview, and
libgedit-tepl. No other packages use these libraries. These are being
bumped for rawhide only in f44-build-side-125546 and will be merged
prior to the mass rebuild.
