But generally, for packages using -Werror, the upstream or downstream must
be prepared to deal with new warnings or e.g. new false positives for
existing warnings, that is the price to be paid for -Werror ensuring
warning free builds.
I think in the mass prebuild notes as well as in the future
https://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-16/porting_to.html we want to mention issues that
affect multiple packages or at least is something important to mention
for porting; I'd say using regparm attribute on x86_64 is likely not one
of those.  It should be always ifdefed just to ia32...
