This was already fixed upstream:

So maybe Pavel (CC'd) can update the version in rawhide.
Thanks for pointing this out. The upstream change is rather compact and
I’m a committer on the fastnetmon package in Fedora, so I went ahead and
backported it myself. With that, all of the packages that will need to
be rebuilt for the abseil-cpp update are compatible with Boost 1.90.
