Pursuant to https://pagure.io/fesco/issue/3539, taglib has been bumped
from 1.13.1 to 2.1.1 in f44-build-side-126941. Next week I plan to
revbump and rebuild any affected packages in this side tag that have not
already been built by their maintainers.
As a contingency, a taglib1 compat package has been included as well.
This will be retired from rawhide sometime after f44 branches.
A mass-prebuild test (including some manual follow-ups with the PRs) is
