Hello team,

With the change from upstream, luxcorerender has become difficult to build due to the conan requirement needed to download external dependencies instead from the repository.[1] Its subpackage luxcorerender-blender [2] is easy to handle as it is essentialy an addon for Blender. I would like your advice and suggestion to rebuild the existing outdated spec file [3] and taking account of Conan (officially supported by upstream} or without[4] (ticket closed as
the build method is unsupported).
