Hi, Neal. According to Kevin Fenzi, the build system had an unplanned outage due to a needed fsck on the build hosts; and until that is complete, new builds will wait, queued. You can follow the status of this on the Fedora Infrastructure ticket below: https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-infrastructure/ticket/2800 I believe this is the cause of the hang you are experiencing.
