Are you a Fedora Packager yet? The proper fix would be for you to request 'commit' access to the package, http://bugz.fedoraproject.org/tilda -> https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acls/name/tilda and there is a series of tickets that have not been replied to yet either. A provenpackager jumping in for just one FTBFS would be a short-term solution only.
