I could not update fedpkg, seems to be conflicting with fedora-packager:
Error: Package: fedora-packager-0.5.9.2-2.fc16.noarch (@fedora)
           Requires: fedpkg = 0.5.9.2-2.fc16
           Removing: fedpkg-0.5.9.2-2.fc16.noarch (@fedora)
               fedpkg = 0.5.9.2-2.fc16
           Updated By: fedpkg-1.5-1.fc16.noarch
(/fedpkg-1.5-1.fc16.noarch)
               fedpkg = 1.5-1.fc16
