I like this idea. Although perhaps slightly challenging to get concisely worded choices that also don't cause confusion. It's possible "Start" vs "Install" is sufficient. Slightly more clear "Start Fedora 17 Live Desktop" vs "Install Fedora xx". However in the meantime for F17, is the installer Easter egg hunt still on? It's way too obscure presently.
