As far as I understand it, it will take some time until BIND 10 reaches feature parity and things like DLZ modules have been ported from BIND 9.

BIND 10 is completely different from BIND 9. It's not like a switch from BIND 9.7 to BIND 9.8, it's like going from BIND 8 to BIND 9.
