Can we please not derail the discussion?

But, at present, only g-i-s does this, and that's up to upstream GNOME.
anaconda and i-s do not (and will not) require user creation. i-s will
be amended to warn if you don't create an account (like firstboot did),
but it will let you go ahead if you acknowledge the warning (like
firstboot did).
