tflink added a comment. We hotfixed a newer version of python-fedora-flask on to the production and staging hosts, so that should fix the tb that I pasted earlier.
I propose that we change this bug to be about those tbs and either file a new bug for the 503s or ask kparal to let us know if he sees it again.
