My $0.02: You've done a really good job at eliminating unnecessary options and providing a simple user interface, and I know that resisting new options is important to maintain that, but this particular setting is frequently-requested and extremely important for users in the developing world and users who tether, so I think it would be good to provide it somewhere in the UI. (But where?)
