As previously announced[1], the infrastructure team is going to be adding all of the members of the packager group to the new fedmsg notifications system (FMN)[2].
It is currently an opt-in system, and this event will just invert things to make it opt-out; you can still disable notifications from it in the web interface. The cut-over will happen next week on Wednesday, February 11th.
