Well, and as someone just pointed out to me, fairly enough, on Reddit,
Rawhide is often a rolling release of the latest prerelease dev
versions of software, and we don't really have a rolling release of the
latest stable versions (except to the extent that people push these as
updates, which is quite a lot).
