90 ballots?  I believe that is one of the all time low records on voter turnout.

Probably not surprising given the silly way the election was announced... It certainly disenfranchised me.

The problem you see is that the announcement was sent out on 20th June, but you couldn't actually vote then, because voting didn't open until the 22nd. So you couldn't just go and vote when you got the announcement but instead you had to remember to do so a few days later.

Needless to say I forgot all about it until I saw, somewhat to my surprise, the result email this morning.
