If you push two new packages A and B into Fedora repos where A depends on B, you need to do either: 1. Propose B as an update, wait until it is stable, then propose A as an update or: 2. Propose both A and B together as a single update (Bodhi allows you to specify multiple builds in a single update request) This way the dependencies will never get broken. Second approach is much faster and it makes sense for related packages (as in your case).
