Why can I push to testing for updates submitted by other people, and where the update is already stable? [1] Also, it seems like I can revoke other people's updates. At least I could press the 'Revoke' button and I received a confirmation notification. Also, instead of the Revoke button, there is now a "Push to Testing" and a "Push to Stable" button. But there is no comment that the update has been revoked, so I'm not sure if it was revoked or not.
