The NEVR of mariadb in fc23 is less than that in fc22:

even more strange [3] comment 16 says that push
perl-Event-RPC-1.07-1.fc23 and one minute later comment 17 says
perl-Event-RPC-1.06-1.fc23 has been pushed to the Fedora 23 ...
