here are new Windows installers for testing. They are built from GIT master. I created two different Geany builds: geany-1.28nightly20160703_pr1108_01_setup.exe: GIT master + PR1108 with commit acd4a92 which adds C runtime dependencies to the base installation (i.e. they are also installed even when skipping the bundled GTK runtime). Use this for main testing, as long as you install the bundled GTK runtime, the included PR doesn't make a difference. geany-1.28nightly20160703_pr1095_setup.exe: GIT master + PR1095 to test build commands and other actions which spawn executables when the working directory, the command or environment variables contain non-ASCII characters.
