Speaking for myself only, I think it should definitely go on the wiki especially if you did anything out of the ordinary to get it working. Fbreader is fantastic and useful and a good fit on an xo in my opinion - I think it would be a great candidate for Sugar-ization even. I've been planning to get it running and would appreciate being able to eliminate any trial and error.
