End user being local educational authorities - yes, I think we must. But I'm the XS guy so I'll talkwith authority about the XS and say: Hell yeah! I don't consider the (XS) product usable by those clients without long-term supportable means of customising it. (The XS is far from finished, so these are in the works however...)
