My only stuck key experience was recently on build 708 (8.1.1 candidate). I pressed a bunch of keys along with the power button trying to come out of standby (sorry I'm used to Windows) and thereafter AltGr was stuck. FWIW it "felt" like a software glitch, not hardware, and went away on a reboot.
