Okay, so it's an XO-1.5 build, before the build number was properly exposed to the Control Panel. You might get the build number from /boot/olpc_build, or at least get us the kernel version using Terminal command "uname -a". It is quite likely you have a build that cannot do olpc-update, as we didn't fix this until much later on in the build process ... long after Q3A11, if I recall correctly.
