The repo is always generated by cron, so there shouldn't be any inconsistencies. Has there been an update to physics in build 10? Maybe you just forgot to use the grab tool? It's an issue we've had since starting 12.1.0 and is hopefully nearly fixed now that I provided a diagnosis. Thanks a lot for the testing!
