there's another copy of the firmware in the root filesystem that's being checked for auto-updating, and it's out-of-date, and we changed the format.
at the ok prompt, run: ok delete int:\boot\bootfw.zip ok delete int:\boot\bootfw4.zip only one of those two commands will be successful -- i believe the second one.
