Not exactly wrong, but incomplete. olpc-update will potentially change /bootpart/boot/bootfw*.zip and as a consequence Open Firmware or olpc.fth may reflash to a later version of Open Firmware.
I think you might change your wording on the Wiki page. There's also more than one firmware.
