MilkymistOne_draft1.pdf shows a switching regulator PTH0400WAH
for the 2.5 Voolt supply. Switching regulators don't like current limited
supplies, at least on startup. I suggest:
Check that all supplies don't have a sortcut,. e.g. by measuring with an
ohmmeter in diode test in the right polarity at the relevant supply
decoupling capacitors. If you see a real short, you need to rework. If all
is fine, switch on the supply with a much higher current limit, like 2
Ampere or even higher. You could also remove L7 -9 and L 11 temporary on the
first board to check the supplies first with no risk to damage the rest of
the board if someting is wrong, the resolder them if everything is okay.
