You need to install RTEMS itself as well, not its toolchain only. Btw the RTEMS toolchain RPMs do not have the divider and sign extended multilib for the libc, and the generated binaries are unnecessarily slower. Use this patch: http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=46692 and please contact various GCC maintainers until this is merged upstream, it is a very painful task for me to do. FYI, getting the LM32 support merged took tons of emails of which only a small portion were replied to, over a period of a couple of months.
