Personally, my single-line changes in the LM32 core are rather trivial
and under the WTFPL.

That being said, there is indeed some patches that I merged without
being super-picky about licenses:
* rtl/jtag_cores.v and rtl/jtag_tap_spartan6.v written by Michael Walle
that should have a license header (should I add a GPL one Michael?)
* small changes by Wesley W. Terpstra - what's the license for those?

You can check the git log, the commit messages tell you who has written
what.
