Here are some pre-built milkymist-ng images that have the MMU:

I have not tested the MMU functionality, only that the system meets
timing and still boots (without using the MMU).
I noticed two problems:
* synthesis fails with CFG_MMU_ENABLED and without CFG_DEBUG_ENABLED
(and CFG_WATCHPOINTS + CFG_BREAKPOINTS).
* the CFG2 CSR is missing from the modified Binutils
The good news is that the resource utilization only increases by 3% of
both the SLX45's slices and RAMB16BWERs.
