[OMPI devel] SVN "quiet time" today

Indiana U. would like some "quiet" time with all of Open MPI's SVN  
repositories from 4:30-5pm US Eastern time today (a little over an  
hour from now).

They will be doing some infrastructure maintenance during this time  
(switching our back-end SVN manager system from SourceHaven to  
SVNManager).  After this maintenance is done, you *may* be prompted  
for your SVN password the first time you commit after that (for  
various uninteresting reasons).
