[OMPI devel] Change in 1.3 Gatekeeper for 10/24-11/9

Hi folks

I will be out of the country from 10/24 until 11/9. During that time,  
Jeff Squyres has agreed to cover the 1.3 series gatekeeper  
responsibilities. I suspect we'll be generating one or more additional  
release candidates for 1.3.4, and maybe even releasing it during that  
time.

Please assign any approved CMRs to Jeff during that period for  
implementation.
