Done r992. It also fixes an issue introduced with event to tevent
migration: iconv_convenience was not set anymore and caused libmapi to
crash.
Before commit, I have run:
- mapitest
- openchange tools
- provision scripts
- mapiproxy (proxy mode with downgrade module)
- openchange server
Everything worked properly.
