Looks like I have been able to reproduce similar problem under FreeBSD.
The problems seems to come from calling MAPIUninitialize/talloc_free
after a failed MAPI call. Since the call fails, mapi_response data is
not allocated and causes talloc_free trying to release some random
memory.

Will give it a closer look before we push 0.8.1 release.
