Respectfully, I am researching on topics which will lately help me to develop a tool in C++ which can extract data out of Exchange for a third-party opensource groupware system, so I need my own client to implement instead of openchageclient. What I desire from Exchange is as follows: I may require one exchange admin to get data for all the exchange users existing.(suggest please the possibility)
-Contacts, -Calendar, -Tasks, -Notes and possibly Journal. I tested this with openchange client and it worked fine. Now I need a little suggestion from experienced developers here, that I need to construct an opensource tool in C++ and I guess using libmapi it can provide me to gather all the above mentioned information from exchange server. But I am not able to figure out from where to get started from for my design and development. I will appreciate if you understand my task, whether I shall research on mapiproxy for this or libmapi to accomplish this task. Kind regards, AAli.
