Currently I've scripted something with 'openchangeclient' and
procmail. Unfortunately that's not bi-directional. An IMAP proxy would
be the solution to my problem.

How about funding such a functionality? Would anyone here be willing
to write something like that for a reasonable donation? I'd be willing
to pay something for that.
