Dear Brad,

It was totally my mistake. Some leftovers of my work on this spanning
more than 7 months were interfering with Samba provisioning from
working.

I finally got everything going after I got rid of the offending
directories lying in a
strange location /usr/local/share/samba or something.

But even now everything is not working.I shall get there soon.

I am so sorry for troubling you guys over this. I had not been having
things working for a very long time and this issue was quite painful
to me.

Now I am glad it is solved.
