I could not send the patch yday since my patch did not work. ;(

I had a problem with Openchange in server mode and I also tested
proxy mode with the same results as Waseem.

My patch is actually for OpenChange in server mode.

I shall do more testing and see if something can be done.

My patch is still relevant but for the server and not the proxy.

Now I need to resolve this issue to ensure that my server patch
is correct.

I shall test this again and get back.
