Don't use any old version. Take the latest and the greatest from SVN and try to
get it working.

PIDL is a Perl IDL compiler written for OpenChange/Samba.

You can't download it from elsewhere.

I hope I am right; not sure. ;)

Everything that you need for OpenChange is right inside OpenChange
save for certain
dependencies on open source/free packages for which free DEBs/RPMs are
available
depending on the linux variant you run.
