The only thing that looks a bit strange is the entry that says: DCERPC endpoint server '' registered (the name looks like a diamond in my locale). That could be part of the problem - some kind of corrupt module that breaks samba. I don't see anything like that entry in the logs on my systems. Perhaps you could investigate this angle.
