Summary

This is a work-in-progress for bug 250. It implements the IDL as specified in
MS-OXCDATA Section 2.9.3.
I think the problem in bug 250 is caused by not implementing AddressType.
Do we have a better way of representing the RecipientProperties (which is a
counted PropertyRow array)? If not, I'll implement that as well.
This addresses bug 250.

Testing

I've run mapitest against exchange 2007 SP3. Seems fine - no difference before
and after. I can't trigger the problem though, so I'll ask the original
reporter to test the patch too.
