Implemented in openchange trunk r2273.

To embed a picture within your html body, refers to the picture with
<img src="cid:filename"/>

For example if you attach /home/openchange/elephant_schema.png, you just
need the latest substr within img src: <img
src="cid:elephant_schema.png"/>

See example below.

$ openchangeclient --sendmail --to='/o=First Organization/ou=Exchange
Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Recipients/cn=user1'
--attachments=/home/openchange/elephant_schema.png --subject="Embedded
attachments Test" --html-inline='<h1>Welcome OpenChange</h1><p>What a
nice picture.<br/><img src="cid:elephant_schema.png"/></p><p>Enjoy your
mail</p>'
