Hi,
seems to be "too complicated" with simple Restrict call on the table
before starting fetching. I see there is a way for restriction already,
even there wasn't (isn't?) for GAL fetching. The thing is I wanted to
mention it to not forget of a need on the possibly new API.
I suppose the rest about fetching message properties without opening and
closing respective messages still applies, or if can Brad point me to
the fast transfer example, then I can look on it (openchange sources are
pretty large).
It would be nice to have this all available already, because I was in my
(pretty ancient) update on the subject, which was "to be done", not
"already done and ready for use".
