I usually build it with "make samba" in OpenChange's source directory.

Interesting, you are right, the file is there (I use different $PREFIX).
And, of course, it works as expected now, when I try the local build. :)
A Fedora build is different, samba package has there this part disabled.
I guess I'll do a local patch for Fedora then.
