Hi Daniele,

When setting up OpenChange server, you either have to:
        1. provision the server and extends its schema
        2. use an AD which schema has already been extended with
        Microsoft Exchange

Item 1 requires Samba4 to be master:
        a. RODC is not a working use case for OpenChange, because that
is read only DC and OpenChange needs to extend the schema.

        b. DC: I suppose you changed from RODC to member DC. It can't
work in this case either because we need to extend the schema
and that require Samba to be the master.

ZEG only works if you use Samba4 as a master DC with OpenChange.

OpenChange may work with setups where Samba4 is not master DC, but it
requires AD to have already been extended with Microsoft Exchange schema
- and avoid provisioning AD through OpenChange.

Furthermore with regards to your log, all the provisioning steps are
required and depends on each others. If Step 1 or 2 fails, so will
further ones.

Kind Regards,
Julien.
