I need to set up an openchange server to simulate MS Exchange server to
do some experiment.
I follow the instructions at
http://www.openchange.org/cookbook/index.html and saw following issues:
1. |git://git.openchange.org/openchange.git is inaccessible.
2. |In page http://www.openchange.org/cookbook/configuring.html,
| '--*dna*-backend=BIND9_DLZ' should be '-*dns*-backend=BIND9_DLZ'

|3. But when I restart 'bind9' I got following error:
# /etc/init.d/bind9 restart
* Stopping domain name service... bind9
rndc: connect failed: 127.0.0.1#953: connection refused [ OK ]
* Starting domain name service...
bind9 [fail]
I reinstalled 'apparmor' and 'bind9' packages after failure. (Do I need
to install them at beginning? If so,
I suggest to point these out in the document.)
Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue?
