Hi all, I have followed the openchange howto in detail up and till here http://www.openchange.org/cookbook/building.html
The git clone setup returns errors as it cannot find the URL... so I had to download and install the zipped source files. ****************************************************** At the next step (Building OpenChange) Configure OpenChange Launch the configure script in openchange directory: $ ./autogen.sh $ ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/samba ****************************************************** I get the error that no (TALLOC) package was found. ****************************************************** I tried my first install on Centos and found this same error. I requested that Julien try and install openchange on Centos 6.5 and he said that there were too many dependencies, but I have now tried the same install on Ubuntu and got to the same point with the same error. I strongly feel that the howto document on the openchange.org website has steps missing or there is a step that presumes "that you know what you are doing" and may have been omitted. Is there anyone here who has written a (howto) on installing and running openchange. The howto on the openchange.org site has just not worked out for me even when followed step by step. I know the first question will be did you install the dependencies? Did you follow the (Initializing a build environment) section and the answer is yes, to the letter. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
