#2074: [SD] Need to check if the block count is > 0 in s3c24xx_mmci.c

In host/qemu-neo1973/hw/s3c24xx_mmci.c s->blknum_cnt gets decremented then
checked if it is 0.
If there are no more blocks to read s->blknum_cnt will be set to 0. It
will then be set to -1 causing reads to fail as the sd state is incorrect.
